H-PPST-1A PIPING/ PIPEFITTERS SYSTEM TRAINER      

The Hampden Model H-PPST-1A Piping/ Pipefitters System Trainer provides the student with a "hands-on" trainer for piping. The student will learn the necessary methods of connecting and running metal/iron piping, plastic piping, copper tubing, and PEX-B pipe. Each material has its own particular methods used in plumbing.

H-RIG-1C RIGGING SYSTEMS TRAINER      

The Hampden Model H-RIG-1C Rigging Systems Trainer is designed to teach the techniques of safely moving loads of various shapes, sizes and types. The Hampden Rigging System contains a variety of lifting and moving devices to allow the student to learn the proper methods of moving loads safely.

H-6647 PLUNGER PUMP TRAINER    

The Hampden Model H-6647 Plunger Pump Trainer provides hands-on introduction to a positive displacement pump. This type of pump is used to move small quantities of liquid at a high pressure. The trainer utilizes a plunger pump which is similar to a piston pump except that the sealing gland is at one end of the cylinder. Data is recorded when this unit is interfaced with the Hampden Model H-6648 Control Interface Module.

H-6644 CENTRIFUGAL PUMP TRAINER     

The Hampden Model H-6644 Centrifugal Pump Trainer provides a hands-on introduction to the centrifugal pump and its operation. The trainer uses sensors which interface with the Hampden Model H-6648 Control Interface Module sold separately.

H-6648 CONTROL INTERFACE MODULE    

The Hampden Model H-6648b Control Interface Module provides the control and computer data logging components for the Hampden Model H-664 Series table-top trainers.

H-MTS-3 MECHANICAL TRANSFER SYSTEM       

The Hampden Model H-MTS-3 Mechanical Transfer System is designed to provide students with an understanding of mechanical drives and linkages. This will provide the foundation needed for the study of more advanced machines, such as industrial robots. For example, students will investigate: proportional speed drives; rotary and linear output; intermittent drives; levers; slidercrank; quick return and fourbar mechanisms.  (H-MTS-3 shown with options BPS-12P Power Supply and HPT-100A Digital Photo Tachometer)

H-MZBM-T1C MULTI-ZONE BUILDING ENERGY MANAGEMENT TRAINER W/ HONEYWELL CONTROLS      

The Hampden Model H-MZBM-T1C Multi-Zone Building Energy Management Trainer w/ Honeywell Controls, provides a means for training students in the installation, operation, and troubleshooting of a variable air volume unit and a constant volume air handler. The control system allows on-screen menu-prompting displays and operator responses. The controller is used to permit the operator to control every phase of the Energy Management process. Hampden H-LTCS Laptop Computer System is included.

H-CVAT-1A CONTROL VALVE AND ACTUATOR TRAINER     

The Hampden Model H-CVAT-1A Control Valve and Actuator Trainer provides students with hands-on training for valves, positioners, and actuators found in industry today. Students learn the operation and servicing of globe, ball, and butterfly valves, and both pneumatic and electro-pneumatic positioners and actuators. This trainer is complete with all of the necessary pneumatic and electronic power supplies, connectors, gauges, and regulators necessary to perform experiments utilizing the various valve assemblies.

H-MVOT-1A MOTORIZED VALVE OPERATOR TRAINER, 2-TRAIN      

The Hampden Model H-MVOT-1A Motorized Valve Operator Trainer provides students with hands- on training for wiring, adjusting and troubleshooting a two-train motorized valve operator of the type made by Limitorque Corporation. (H-MVOT-2A shown)

H-6980 SERIES/PARALLEL PUMP TEST DEMONSTRATOR       

The Hampden Model H-6980 Series/Parallel Pump Test Demonstrator provides hands-on experience with the centrifugal pump in both series and parallel configurations. The Model H-6980 is a bench-mounted pumping system permitting students to explore pumping mechanics and its effects. The unit provides two methods of determining flow rate which can be manually adjusted using a throttle valve. One method utilizes an orifice plate and manometer. The other utilizes a vernier hook gauge, a V-notch weir, and equations.

The Hampden Model H-6645 Series/Parallel Pump Trainer is a tabletop unit for the operation and investigation of series and parallel pump operation. The trainer consists of two centrifugal pumps that are fed by a common water reservoir and a PVC plumbing arrangement, along with five valves that allow various configurations to be implemented.

H-PST-1 PLUMBING TRAINER    

The Hampden Model H-PST-1 Plumbing Trainer is used to demonstrate an environmentally friendly toilet flushing system. Utilizing gray water, ie. water drained from a sink, the vanity tank will fill and pump the gray water into the water storage tank of a standard toilet. The gray water will be used to flush the toilet instead of using clean water.
