H-SPT-AC-1A SOLAR PHOTOVOLTAIC TRAINER
The Hampden Model H-SPT-AC-1A Solar Photovoltaic Trainer contains two solar photovoltaic modules with a nominal voltage output of 15.5V DC at 2.26A, an inverter that converts the DC to single-phase AC, a high-capacity solar battery, controls to monitor power from solar modules and to switch to battery power when necessary, four test points, two power take-off points (12V DC and 120V AC), a 0-15V DC voltmeter, a multi-range DC ammeter, and a 0-150V AC voltmeter. The mobile frame is constructed of code gauge furniture stock steel with four swivel casters, two with locks. Furnished complete with a set of interconnecting cords.
H-DAR-1G DOMESTIC ABSORPTION REFRIGERATION TRAINER
The Hampden Model H-DAR-1G has been designed to familiarize the student with the continuous cycle absorption system. The operation of this system is based on Dalton’s Law, which states “the total pressure of a confined mix of gases is the sum of the pressures of each of the gases in the mixture”. In this case, we are using a solution of water and ammonia.

The Hampden Model H-SPT-AC-1-HS Table Top Solar Photovoltaic Trainer is a control system trainer which lets the student technician examine the electrical layout and operational features normally associated with a photovoltaic power source. The trainer demonstrates the electrical characteristics of the solar array, storage battery, AC and DC distribution, and AC and DC loading. The complete charging sequence can be observed.

The Hampden Model H-SST-1A Solar System Trainer is an actual solar hot water heating system. System components include a solar collector, circulation pumps, storage tank, heat exchanger, air separator, air handler, solar heating coil, automatic air vents, thermostat, and a control panel with sensors. Gauges, thermometers, and flowmeters permit students to observe pressures, temperatures, and flow rate while the system is in operation. The trainer is mounted on a mobile frame and the collector panel is adjustable for easy positioning in direct sunlight.

H-HYD-1A SOLAR HYDRONICS TRAINER
The Hampden Model H-HYD-1A Solar Hydronics Trainer contains the plumbing components typically found on most active solar-heated circulating hot water heating systems. It includes both the storage (open) loop and the exchange (closed) loop.
H-FCTT-1 FUEL CELL TECHNOLOGY TRAINER
The Hampden Model H-FCTT-1 Fuel Cell Technology Trainer allows the student to create a grid independent power supply that uses only hydrogen as its fuel. The system familiarizes the student with fuel cell power supply technology, an environmentally friendly method of generating power directly from a hydrogen reaction.
H-SST-3 SOLAR HEAT SYSTEM TRAINER
The Hampden Model H-SST-3 Solar Heat System Trainer is an actual solar hot water heating system. System components include 2 vacuum tube solar collector sections. The trainer is mounted on a mobile frame and the collector panel is adjustable for easy positioning in direct sunlight.
