| Model # H-REM-120CM-MP
Universal Laboratory Machine |
 |
The
Hampden Universal Laboratory Machine has been developed to meet the
needs of colleges and universities to balance space and budget restrictions with the need
for expanded experimental facilities.
Recently, more emphasis has been placed on the
common electromagnetic principles of machines, upon their dynamic performance, and their
use in control systems.
This versatile motor/machine station allows
instructors to offer training and research on state of the art machine technology in a
variety of modes, while conserving laboratory space.

|
| Model # H-REM-1ACM-MP |
 |
One
console - that's all you need! The Hampden H-REM-1ACM-MP provides all conventional modes
of operation of DC and AC motors, generators and alternators in a single mobile
configuration.
Ideal for use at the secondary through
postgraduate level, the comprehensive machine console includes all controls, power
supplies, and resistance loads necessary to operate the integral machines in a variety of
modes. A full complement of meters is included.
The versatility of these machines results in
savings, both in space and the cost of multiple machines. Their compact arrangement saves
a great deal of time and space in setting up and performing experiments.

|
| Model Series 2 Two Horsepower Machines |
 |
The
Hampden Series 2 Integral Two Horsepower Rotating Machine System utilizes a modular
approach to the study of principles and applications of rotating machines.
The Series 2 system provides practical training
for electrical power in a manner which allows for focusing on specific power and
electromechanical topics.
All motors and machines are mounted on a tracking
system that allows for quick, secure interconnections on a rugged steel test stand.
The Series 2 equipment consists of motors,
machines, power supplies and metering appropriately rated for the program, loads and other
accessory equipment.

|
| Model Series 300 Rotating Machine System |
 |
| The Hampden Series 300
Three Horsepower machines, controllers, and accessories provide a totally coordinated
program for the study of the operating characteristics of large motors and generators. All
equipment is designed for compatible electrical and mechanical characteristics. This provides complete versatility in the selection of
machines and accessories for specific training objectives.
All machines have double-ended shafts for fast
and convenient coupling. Interconnecting leads plug into heavy -duty binding posts on
silk-screened terminal panels.
All machines are mounted on mobile bases and are
equipped with either motor starter or circuit breaker protection.

|
| Model Series 3 Educational Rotating Machine System |
 |
The
Hampden Series 3 Three Horsepower System utilizes the modular approach for the study of
principles and applications of rotating machines.
The heart of the Series 3 System are the
commercial type integral horsepower motors, generator, and alternator modules which can be
interfaced to the electrical work center.
The electrical work center consists of
instrumentation, machine terminals, and circuit modules for control of the Series 3
rotating machines.
The Series 3 System provides the hands-on
practical training for electrical power and electromechanical course levels at Vocational,
Technical and Engineering curricula.
